Bank Instruments

"Bank Instruments" encompass various financial tools issued by banks through designated providers to meet different financial requirements. We partner with numerous leading international banks. For Letters of Credit, including DLCs and SBLCs, we work with over 25 banks. We offer the following types of instruments:

Term Notes

Term Notes and Medium-Term Notes (MTNs) can be offered in various configurations to suit their intended use. These instruments may be provided as either owned or leased, and can be structured as recourse or non-recourse, depending on the specific requirements and objectives they are meant to fulfill.

Application Procedure

To get started, please download, complete, and send the application form to web.telegram.org. After we receive your application, we will send you our EC NSNC NDA (Non-Circumvention, Non-Disclosure Agreement). Once the NDA is in place and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures are completed, we will provide you with our Service Agreement for Bank Instruments. Following this, we will issue a pre-approval for your request and send you the final application for your signature. Once we receive the signed application, we will prepare and deliver the LOI (Letter of Intent) or MOU (Memorandum of Understanding). The entire process is expected to take approximately 10 days from the date of the initial payment. Please note that changes may occur without prior notice.
